Abstract
The development of the steel industry in Indonesia is currently progressing very rapidly and demands that the company must be able to survive and compete. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of work discipline, organizational climate, and perceived organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior. This type of research is done quantitatively and for the research method used is an associative research method. The object of this research is employees of PT Citra Baru Steel. The sampling method used is non probability sampling with a total sample of 269 people. Data analysis is performed using SPSS version 26 with multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results obtained in this study: 1) Work discipline has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behaviour, 2) Organizational climate has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behaviour, 3) Perceived organizational support has an insignificant effect on organizational citizenship behaviour, 4) Work discipline, organizational climate, perceived organizational support simultaneously positively affect organizational citizenship behavior. Keywords : Work discipline, organizational climate, perceived organizational support, organizational citizenship behavior Perkembangan industri baja di Indonesia saat ini berlangsung sangat pesat dan menuntut perusahaan harus mampu bertahan dan berkompetisi. Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah menganalisa pengaruh disiplin kerja, iklim organisasi, dan perceived organizational support terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Jenis penelitian ini dilakukan secara kuantitatif dan untuk metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian asosiatif. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Citra Baru Steel. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling dengan total sampel 269 orang. Analisis pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS versi 25 dengan beberapa metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini : 1) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour, 2) Iklim organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour, 3) Perceived organizational support berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour, 4) Disiplin kerja, iklim organisasi, perceived organizational support secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour.
