Abstract
This study aims to determinse the influence of Organization Culture and Compensation on Productivity of Credit Card Sales Team Leader at PT Bank CIMB Niaga. Technique of collecting data in form of questionnaire by using ordinal scale. This research was conducted on 50 respondents by using questionnaire and short interview. For that, the method of data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression test. The results of this study show that positive and significant effect coming from Organizational Culture and Compensation toward Productivity of Credit Card Sales Team Leader at PT Bank CIMB Niaga. Therefore the test result of this research states that there is simultaneous influence between Organization Culture variable and Compensation on Productivity of Sales Team Leader Staff. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Sales Team Leader Kartu Kredit CIMB Niaga. Teknik pengumpulan data berbentuk kuisioner dengan menggunakan skala ordinal. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 50 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dan pengujian hipotesis. Untuk itu, metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variabel Budaya Organisasi dan Kompensasi Berpengaruh Positif dan Signifikan Terhadap Kinerja Sales Team Leader Kartu Kredit CIMB Niaga. Oleh karena itu hasil uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan antara variabel Budaya Organisasi dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Sales Team Leader Kartu Kredit CIMB Niaga.
