Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of Compensation, Work Environment and Workload to Turnover Intention on employees of PT Pan Pacific Insurance, Jakarta. The data used are primary data by using questionnaires and secondary data from internal company. Data analysis method in this research using Variance Based Structural Equating Modeling, Partial Least Square (PLS). This research used explanatory research design with quantitative method. The population in this study were employees of PT Pan Pacific Insurance, Jakarta and the number of samples in this study was 73 respondents. The result of the study show that Compensation and Work Environment has a positive and significant influence on employees Turnover Intention, while Workload has negative but insignificant influence on employees Turnover Intention. From this study, RSquare is 0,833, meaning that 83,3% Turnover Intention variable can explained by variation in variable of Compensation, Work Environment and Workload, the rest of 16,7% is explained by other variables in beyond this study. Keywords: Compensation, Work Environment, Workload, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kompensasi, Lingkungan Kerja dan Beban kerja terhadap Turnover Intention pada karyawan PT Pan Pacific Insurance, Jakarta. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan data sekunder dari internal perusahaan. Metode analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling, Partial Least Square (PLS). Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian penjelasan dengan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Pan Pacific Insurance, Jakarta dan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 73 responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kompensasi dan Lingkungan Kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention dari karyawan, sedangkan Beban Kerja memiliki pengaruh negatif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention dari karyawan. Dari penelitian ini memperoleh nilai R-Square sebesar 0,833, yang artinya bahwa 83,3% variabel Turnover Intention bisa dijelaskan oleh variasi dalam variabel Kompensasi, Lingkungan Kerja dan Beban Kerja, sisanya sebesar 16,7% dijelaskan oleh varibel-variabel lain di luar penelitian ini.
