Abstract

Bank Mandiri is one of the state-owned banks (BUMN) and also known as one of the largest banks in Indonesia. Bank Mandiri continues to improve services to its customers with a variety of services offered. One of them is the Mandiri Credit Card service, where is all of complaints or requests that comes from cardholders is handled by the Consumer Group Card Division. Each case received by Customer Support needs to be distributed to the relevant parts, where each case category that comes has a different handling process flow. At present, the Case distribution process is not yet supported by a system that can accommodate Case handling comprehensively so that status tracking activities and the withdrawal of required data are still constrained. In this study, the authors applied the Spiral Model Development method in system development. In addition, the data collection method that applied is a field study in the form of observations and interviews with related sources and literature studies. Then, an analysis of the problem is carried out by using the Ishikawa or Fishbone diagram to find out the causes of a problem. The purpose of the research is to produce a system that can help accommodate the handling of Mandiri Credit Card customers comprehensively and centrally, where the process of tracking the status, withdrawal reports, calculating and checking the budget waiving process can be done in real-time. Keywords: Office Automation Systems, Task Management System, Credit Card Handling, Spiral Model Development, Fishbone Bank Mandiri merupakan salah satu bank BUMN (Badan Usaha Milik Negara) dan merupakan salah satu bank terbesar di Indonesia. Bank Mandiri terus berupaya meningkatkan pelayanan kepada nasabahnya dengan berbagai layanan yang ditawarkan. Salah satunya ialah layanan Mandiri Kartu Kredit, dimana divisi yang menangani segala keluhan atau permintaan dari para pemegang kartu ditangani oleh Divisi Card Consumer Group. Setiap Case yang diterima oleh Customer Support perlu didistribusikan kepada bagian-bagian terkait, dimana setiap kategori Case yang masuk memiliki alur proses penanganan yang berbedabeda. Saat ini, proses pendistribusian Case yang masuk belum didukung oleh sistem yang dapat mengakomodir penanganan Case secara komprehensif sehingga kegiatan pelacakan status dan penarikan data yang dibutuhkan masih terkendala. Pada penelitian ini, penulis menerapkan metode Spiral Model Development dalam pengembangan sistem. Selain itu, metode pengumpulan data yang diterapkan yaitu studi lapangan yang berupa observasi dan wawancara dengan narasumber terkait dan studi kepustakaan. Setelah data terkumpul, maka dilakukan analisis permasalahan dengan menggunakan diagram Ishikawa atau Fishbone untuk mengetahui sebab-akibat dari suatu permasalahan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu diharapkan dapat menghasilkan sebuah sistem yang dapat membantu mengakomodir penanganan Case nasabah Mandiri Kartu Kredit secara komprehensif dan terpusat, dimana proses pelacakan status, penarikan laporan, proses perhitungan dan pengecekan budget waiving dapat dilakukan secara realtime.
