Abstract

In the era of globalization that led people towards this information society, making the existence of information was considered very important. The mass media is present to meet the needs of the community, especially television, which is an effective medium in forwarding messages in the form of audio-visual. I’m Possible program is one of the featured programs on Metro Tv. This program wants to get closer to the issues of society and mental health of urbanites, especially in Indonesia. This research was conducted to find out the creative strategy of producer I’m Possible in presenting the impression I’m Possible. In this study, the authors used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. As well as the research method used is a case study by conducting observations and in-depth interviews with the speakers. The results of this study, it can be concluded that the producer strategy is Possible in displaying this program implements management strategies which include planning, organizing, actuating, controlling and evaluating. This is done in order to maintain and achieve the quality and content of each broadcast broadcast to the public. Key words: Producer Strategy, Talk Show Program Di era globalisasi yang menggiring masyarakat ke arah masyarakat informasi ini, membuat keberadaan sebuah informasi dianggap sangat penting. Media massa hadir untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat, khususnya televisi yang merupakan media yang efektif dalam meneruskan pesan yang berbentuk audio visual. Program acara I’m Possible merupakan salah satu program unggulan di Metro Tv. Program ini ingin lebih dekat isu-isu masyarakat dan kesehatan mental kaum urban khususnya di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui strategi kreatif produser I’m Possible dalam menyangkan tayangan I’m Possible. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Serta metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara mendalam terhadap narasumber. Hasil dari penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi produser I’m Possible dalam menayangkan program ini merapkan strategi manajemen yang meliputi perencanaan (planning), pengorganisasian (organizing), pelaksanaan (actuating), pengawasan (controlling), dan evaluasi (evaluating). Hal ini dilakukan demi menjaga dan mencapai kualitas dan isi dari setiap tayangan yang disiarkan kepada masyarakat. Key words : Strategi Produser, Program Talk Show
