Abstract
This study aims to determine and explain the influence of the work environment, motivation on workload and its implications for employee performance. Respondents 67 employees (entire population). Data collection is done through interviews and questionnaires. Data is collected and analyzed using path analysis (SmartPls 3.0 Software). The results show that: (1) The work environment has a significant positive effect on workload; (2) Motivation has a significant positive effect on workload; (3) The work environment has a significant positive effect on performance; (4) Motivation has a significant positive effect on performance; (5) Workload as a mediator in this study has a significant effect on performance; (6) Work environment and motivation together have a significant positive effect on workload; (7) The work environment and motivation and workload simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on performance; (8) Workload mediates the work environment and motivation on performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan tentang pengaruh lingkungan kerja, motivasi pada beban kerja dan implikasinya terhadap kinerja karyawan. Responden 67 karyawan (seluruh populasi).Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melalui wawancara dan kuisioner. Data dikumpulkan dan di analisis menggunakan analisis jalur (Software SmartPls 3.0). Hasil menunjukan bahwa : (1) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap beban kerja; (2) Motivasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap beban kerja; (3) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja; (4) Motivasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja; (5) Beban kerja sebagai mediator dalam penelitian ini berpengaruh signifikan pada kinerja; (6) Lingkungan kerja dan motivasi secara bersama – sama berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap beban kerja; (7) Lingkungan kerja dan motivasi dan beban kerja secara simultan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja; (8) Beban kerja memediasi lingkungan kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja.
