Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of work experience, motivation, and self-efficacy on teacher performance: The object of this study is a sample that is used as many as 50 workforce teachers who work in Jakarta 32 High School, calculated based on saturated samples. The method of collecting data uses a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. Data analysis method uses Partial Least Square (PLS). Research shows that work experience has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance. Self-Efficacy does not affect Teacher Performance at Jakarta State High School 32 Keywords: Work Experience, Motivation, Self-Efficacy, Teacher Performance, Jakarta State High School 32. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengalaman kerja, motivasi, dan efikasi diri terhadap kinerja guru: Objek penelitian ini adalah sampel yang dipergunakan sebanyak 50 tenaga kerja guru yang bekerja di SMA Negeri 32 Jakarta, dihitung berdasarkan menggunakan sample Jenuh. Metode penggumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Penelitian membuktikan bahwa pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru. Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru. Efikasi Diri tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Guru pada SMA Negeri 32 Jakarta. Kata kunci : Pengalaman Kerja, Motivasi, Efikasi Diri, Kinerja Guru, SMA Negeri 32 Jakarta.
