Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of role conflict, organizational culture, and perceptions of organizational support for job satisfaction of female employees at PT. Graha Indomedia Group. The object of this research is female employees at PT. Graha Indomedia Group. This research was conducted on 70 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. So the data analysis used is a statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously, the variables Role Conflict, Organizational Culture and Perception of Organizational Support have a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction of PT. Graha Indomedia Group. Organizational Culture partially has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, while Role Conflict and Perception of Organizational Support have a negative and not significant effect on Job Satisfaction. In this study using Multiple Linear Regression Statistics (SPSS). Therefore, the test results of this study state that there is a simultaneous influence between role conflict, organizational culture and perceived organizational support for job satisfaction of PT. Graha Indomedia Group. Keywords: role conflict, organizational culture, perceived organizational support and job satisfaction of PT. Graha Indomedia Group Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmengetahui pengaruh konflik peran, budaya organisasi, dan persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan wanita di PT.Graha Indomedia Group. Objek untuk penelitian ini adalah karyawan wanita di PT.Graha Indomedia Group. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 70 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Jadi analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik berupa uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, variabel variabel Konflik Peran, Budaya Organisasi dan Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja PT.Graha Indomedia Group. Budaya Organisasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, sedangkan Konflik Peran dan Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja.). Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Statistik Regresi Linier Berganda (SPSS). Oleh karena itu, hasil uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara Konflik Peran, Budaya Organisasi dan Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja PT.Graha Indomedia Group.
