Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of job stress, organizational climate and work environment on employee turnover intention in PT Putra Mulia Telecommunication. This research used causal analysis with quantitative approach. The population in this research is 121 employees. The sample collection technique used simple random sampling. The sample is 93 employess obtained based on Slovin formula. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The result showed that job stress has positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Organizational climate has negative and not significant effect on turnover intention. Work environment has negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Job stress, organizational climate and work environment simultaneously are having significant effect on turnover intention. Job stress is the biggest significant variable in influencing turnover intention. Keywords : Job Stress, Organizational Climate, Work Environment and Turnover Iintention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja, iklim organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap turnover intention karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 121 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Sampel 93 karyawan diperoleh berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Analisa data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Iklim organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Stres kerja, iklim organisasi dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Stres kerja merupakan variabel signifikan terbesar dalam mempengaruhi turnover intention. Kata Kunci : Stres Kerja, Iklim Organisasi, Lingkungan Kerja dan Turnover Intention
