Abstract

This research is to find out the Effect of Work Environment, Organizational Culture, and Organizational Commitment on PT Surya Rengo Containers Employee Productivity. The object of this research is employees of the production department. This research was conducted on 98 respondents with a quantitative descriptive approach. Data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously, the variable Work Environment, Organizational Culture, and Organizational Commitment affect the Employee Productivity of PT Surya Rengo Containers Employees. This is evidenced from the results of the coefficient of determination (R²) 52.3%, simultaneous tests (F test) 0,000 and the results of the persial test (T test) also show significant values of the three independent variables that support the hypothesis. Therefore the results of the test of this study state that there are simultaneous influences between the variables of the Work Environment, Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment to Employee Productivity of PT Surya Rengo Containers Employees. Keywords: Work Environment, Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment, Work Productivity Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Budaya Organisasi, Dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan PT Surya Rengo Containers. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan departemen produksi. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 98 responden dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistic dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, variabel Lingkungan Kerja, Budaya Organisasi, Dan Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan PT Surya Rengo Containers. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil koefisien determinasi (R²) 52,3%, uji simultan (uji F) 0,000 dan hasil uji persial (uji T) juga menunjukkan nilai signifikan dari tiga variable bebas yang mendukung hipotesis. Oleh karena itu hasil uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara variable Lingkungan Kerja, Budaya Organisasi Dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan PT Surya Rengo Containers.
