Abstract
This study aims to study the effect of work stress, workload and time demands on turnover objectives. The object of the research carried out was employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Jakarta Kota Branch Office located in West Jakarta. The number of samples taken as many as 75 respondents using quantitative research with research designs that use causal design research. The data taken is a questionnaire to employees ranging from tellers, Customer Service and Mareketing PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Jakarta Kota Branch Office. The analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests with SPSS version 23. The results of the study show a positive and significant work stress variable on Turnover Intention of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Jakarta Kota Branch Office. Positive and significant workload on Turnover Intention of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Jakarta Kota Branch Office and Job Demand Time also have a positive and significant effect on Turnover The intention of employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Jakarta Kota Branch Office. Keywords: Job Stress, Workload, Work Time Demands and Turnover Intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Stres Kerja, Beban Kerja dan Time Demands Of Work Terhadap Turnover Intention. Objek penelitian yang di lakukan adalah karyawan PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Kantor Cabang Jakarta Kota yang berlokasi di Jakarta Barat. Jumlah sampel yang di ambil sebanyak 75 responden dengan menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian yang di gunakan adalah desain penelitian kausal. Data yang di ambil merupakan kuesioner terhadap karyawan mulai dari teller, Customer Service dan Mareketing PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Kantor Cabang Jakarta Kota. Analisis yang di gunakan adalah analisis Statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linier berganda dengan aplikasi SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention karyawan PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Kantor Cabang Jakarta Kota. Beban Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention karyawan PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Kantor Cabang Jakarta Kota dan Time Demands Of Work juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention karyawan PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Kantor Cabang Jakarta Kota. Kata Kunci : Stres Kerja, Beban Kerja, Time Demands Of Work dan Turnover Intention
