Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Next Nippon Technology. The study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, job stress and work environment on turnover intention of PT. Next Nippon Technology. This study uses the variables of job satisfaction, job stress, and work environment to analyze the effect of turnover intention. The number of samples in the set is as many as 80 respondents who are employees of the company by using regression method, which is operated through SPSS 22 program. Data collected by questionnaire method is by providing a list of statements to the respondents. The result of the research indicated that job satisfaction variable had a negative significant effect on turnover intention, job stress variable had positive significant effect on turnover intention, and work environment had a negative significant effect on turnover intention. Keyword: Job Satisfaction, Job Stress, Work Environment, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Next Nippon Technology. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja, stres kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan PT. Next Nippon Technology. Penelitian ini menggunakan variable kepuasan kerja, stres kerja, dan lingkungan kerja untuk menganalisis pengaruh turnover intention. Jumlah sampel yang ditetapkan adalah sebanyak 80 responden yang merupakan karyawan staf perusahaan dengan menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda, yang dioperasikan melalui program SPSS 22. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan metode kuesioner yaitu dengan memberikan daftar pernyataan kepada para responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap turnover intention, stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap turnover intention, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap turnover intention.
