Abstract
This research aims to know the influence of price perception, service quality. ambience of place. The object for this research is customers PT SKINLAB INDONESIA, that located in branch Jakarta. This research was done to 100 respondents by using quantitative-descriptive appoarch. This, data analysis which is used is statistic analysis in the form of double linear regression test. The result of this research shows that either simultaneously or partially, the variabel od Price Perception, Service Quality and Ambience of Place to Customer Loyality at PT SKINLAB INDONESIA in Jakarta. It has been proven from the result of (f) simoultant test and the result of (t) partial shows significant point of three independent variables that supports the hipothesys. Therefore, the accepted assumption is, there is influence between Price Perception, Service Quality and Ambience of Place to Customer Loyality of PT SKINLAB INDONESIA in Jakarta. Keyword: price perception, service quality, ambience of place, customer loyality. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi harga, kualitas pelayanan dan suasana klinik terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Objek penelitian ini adalah pelanggan PT SKINLAB INDONESIA, yang berlokasi di Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 100 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskripstif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variabel persepsi harga, kualitas pelayanan dan suasana klinik terhadap loyalitas pelanggan PT SKINLAB INDONESIA., di Jakarta. Hal ini membuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (uji F) dan hasil uji parsial (uji t) juga menunjukkan nilai signifikan dari tiga variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesa. Oleh karena itu hasil uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara variabel persepsi harga, kualitas pelayanan dan suasana klinik terhadap loyalitas pelanggan PT SKINLAB INDONESIA., di Jakarta. Kata Kunci : Persepsi Harga, Kualitas Pelayanan, Suasana Klinik, Loyalitas Pelanggan.
