Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of organizational culture, organizational commitment and job satisfaction on employees performance. The object for this research is employees who work at PT Legend Of Pigeon. This research was conducted on 39 respondents by using quantitative-descriptive approach. Thus, data analysis which is used is statistic analysis in the form of double linear regression test. The result of this research shows that either patially and simultaneously, the variabel of organizational culture, organizational commitment and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employees performance at PT Legend Of Pigeon. It has been proven from the result of (f) simoultant test dan result of (t) partial shows significant point of three independent variables that supports the hipothesys. Therefore the test result of this research states that there is influence simultaneously and partially between organizational culture variable, organizational commitment and job satisfaction to employee performance at PT Legend Of Pigeon. Keywords: organizational culture, organizational commitment, job satisfaction, employee performance Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasional dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada PT Legend Of Pigeon. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 39 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variabel budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasional, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Legend Of Pigeon. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (uji F) dan hasil uji parsial (uji t) juga menunjukan nilai signifikan dari tiga variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesa. Oleh karena itu hasil uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial antara variabel budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasional dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Legend Of Pigeon.
