Abstract
The purpose of this study was to learn more about the training of PT Fajar Indah Semesta employees. Researchers used quantitative methods and explanatory design and saturated sampling techniques. Measurement of respondents' responses to questionnaires using 5 levels of Likert scale. The results showed that training and compensation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT Fajar Indah Semesta employees. .Keywords: training, compensation and employee performance Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis Pengaruh pelatihan dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Fajar Indah Semesta.Peneliti menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan desain eksplanatif serta teknik sampling jenuh. Pengukuran tanggapan responden terhadapkuesioner dengan menggunakan 5 jenjang skala Likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelatihan dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Fajar Indah Semesta. Kata Kunci : pelatihan, kompensasi dan kinerja karyawan.
