Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effects of Leadership Behaviour and Reward System on Employee Performance as mediated by Organizational Citizenship Behaviour. This study used a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling of 146 permanent employees at PT Danpac Pharma. Data are analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the help of software SmartPLS version 3.2.8 for Windows. The results study show that there are significant and positive influences both of Leadership Behavior and Reward System on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour and on Employee Performance. However, there is no significant mediating role of Organizational Citizenship Behaviour either on the influence of Leadership Behavior or on the influence of Reward System on Employee Performance at PT Danpac Pharma. Thus, both Leadership Behaviour and Reward System have direct significant and positive influences on Employee Performance. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Perilaku Kepemimpinan dan Sistem Penghargaan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan yang dimediasi oleh Organizational Citizenship Behaviour. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh dari 146 karyawan tetap di PT Danpac Pharma. Data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS versi 3.2.8. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif Perilaku Kepemimpinan dan Sistem Penghargaan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour dan Kinerja Karyawan. Namun, tidak ada peran mediasi yang signifikan dari Organizational Citizenship Behaviour pada pengaruh Perilaku Kepemimpinan atau pada Sistem Penghargaan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT Danpac Pharma. Dengan demikian, Perilaku Kepemimpinan dan Sistem Penghargaan memiliki pengaruh langsung dan signifikan positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.
