Abstract

Perda DKI Jakarta No 8 year 1995 on the implementation of Reclamation and spatial plan of Pantura area Jakarta. The project targets the reclamation of 5100 hectares, the reclamation project to be undertaken is reclaimed Pulau K. (Dufan Ocean) land over 32 kilometers in the northern area of Jakarta, project planned by PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol, TBK was interrupted by Governor regulation No. 58 of 2018, so the next stage of implementation has not been determined by PT. Pembangunan Jaya Ancol, TBK. Based on this, researchers will analyze the stages of implementation in the Hydraulic Fill method to know The volume and time duration of each stage of implementation and productivity of the main tool used. Based on the analysis that has been done, the work of reclamation of K Island is divided into 2 master jobs, the first job of making a that second work of deduction. Area of the embankment is 1, 52km, implementation of its construction there are several phases of implementation of which is the work installation Cluster seasoning number of material needs as much as 18,204 clusters with a 3 month implementation time. Work of bamboo Raft installation material needs as much as 44 Raft with 2 months execution time, installation work or the title Geotextyle with the width of the embankment of 11m the need for the material amount of 16.676 m2 with the time of execution for 1 Moon, Job installation Geotextyle Tube material needs 227 roll and filled with sand as much as 57.748 M3 with a period of implementation for 2 months, the work of the stone mounting A-Jack number of material needs as much as 13,908 units with Implementation for 8 months. At the post-construction phase of the embankment, which was performed by the work of the drainage or sand distribution with the area 32Ha needed a volume of sand amounting to 1,714,000 m3 taken from the coast of Lampung. The productivity of the TSHD ship was able to suck or dredge the sand as much as 383, 82m3/h with a loading capacity of 4,000 m3 of mobilization time from quarry to the reclamation site for 12 hours of travel, the productivity of Barge vessel was able to spray sand Kearea Reclamation of 387, 77m3/h with loading time of 0621 hours, total cycling of 2.055 hours. Perda DKI Jakarta No 8 tahun 1995 tentang Penyelenggaraan Reklamasi dan Rencana Tata Ruang Kawasan Pantura Jakarta. Proyek ini mentargetkan reklamasi 5100 hektar, Proyek Reklamasi yang akan dikerjakan adalah reklamasi Pulau K. (Dufan Ocean) lahan sepanjang 32 kilometer di wilayah Utara Jakarta, Proyek yang direncanakan oleh PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol, Tbk terhenti oleh Peraturan Gubernur No 58 tahun 2018, sehingga tahapan pelaksanaan selanjutnya belum ditentukan oleh PT. Pembangunan Jaya Ancol, Tbk. Berdasarkan hal tersebut peneliti akan menganalisa tahapan-tahapan pelaksanaan dalam metode Hydraulic Fill guna mengetahui besaran volume dan durasi waktu dari tiap tahapan pelaksanaan serta produktivitas alat utama yang digunakan. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan, pekerjaan reklamasi Pulau K dibagi menjadi 2 pekerjaan induk, yang pertama pekerjaan pembuatan tanggul yang kedua pekerjaan pengurugan. luasan area tanggul yaitu 1,52km, pelaksanaan pembangunannya ada beberapa tahapan pelaksanaan diantaranya yaitu Pekerjaan Pemasangan Cluster Bumbu jumlah kebutuhan material sebanyak 18.204 cluster dengan waktu pelaksanaan 3 bulan. Pekerjaan Pemasangan Raft Bambu kebutuhan material sebanyak 44 Raft dengan waktu pelaksanaan 2 bulan, Pekerjaan Pemasangan atau gelar Geotextyle dengan lebar tanggul sebesar 11m kebutuhan jumlah materialnya sebesar 16.676m2 dengan waktu pelaksanaan selama 1 bulan, Pekerjaan Pemasangan Geotextyle Tube kebutuhan materialnya sebesar 227 roll dan terisi pasir sebanyak 57.748m3 dengan masa pelaksanaan selama 2 bulan, Pekerjaan Pemasangan Batu A-Jack jumlah kebutuhan material sebanyak 13.908 unit dengan masa pelaksanaan selama 8 bulan. Pada tahap paska konstruksi tanggul yaitu dilaksanakannya pekerjaan pengurugan atau penebaran pasir dengan luasan 32Ha dibutuhkan volume pasir sebesar 1.714.000 m3 yang diambil dari pesisir lampung. Produktivitas kapal TSHD mampu menyedot atau mengeruk pasir sebanyak 383,82m3/jam dengan kapasitas loading sebanyak 4.000m3 waktu mobilisasi dari quary ke lokasi reklamasi selama 12 jam perjalanan, Produktivitas kapal Barge mampu menyemprotkan pasir kearea reklamasi sebanyak 387,77m3/jam dengan waktu loading 0.621 jam, total cycling timenya 2,055 jam. Time Schedule dari pekerjaan Reklamasi Pulau K yaitu selama 21 bulan. Dynamic Compaction Dan Vibro Compactor dengan penimbunan bertahap yang dilakukan guna pemasangan PVD di dapatkan waktu konsolidasi selama 26 bulan, kebutuhan PVD sebanyak 269.001,00 titik dengan waktu pemasangan PVD selama 6 bulan.
