Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation, work environment, and compensation on employee performance. This research was conducted in PT. Pegadaian Cabang Cengkareng. The object of this research is all employees of PT. Pegadaian Cabang Cengkareng. This research was done to 47 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach. Data processing is performed by analysis in the form Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) version 3.0. The results of this research shows that work environment and compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance of PT. Graha Citra Adhitama (Gracia). While work motivation has not significant effect on employee performance. Related, the work motivation received is low but the low work motivation does not have an impact on increasing employee performance. work motivation, work environment, and compensation 76,1%, while 23,9% are discussed by other variables not approved in this model and not explained in this study. Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Environment, Compensation, and Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Pegadaian Cabang Cengkareng. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Pegadaian Cabang Cengkareng. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 50 orang responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan analisis Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Pegadaian Cabang Cengkareng. Sedangkan motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Artinya, motivasi kerja yang diterima adalah rendah namun rendahnya motivasi kerja tersebut tidak berdampak pada meningkatnya kinerja. motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan kompensasi 76,1%, sedangkan 23,9% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam model ini dan tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. Kata kunci : Motivasi Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Kompensasi, dan Kinerja Karyawan.
