Abstract
Abstract: The final score of the exam is something that parents are most awaiting for, because parents really want the best results for their children as well as the results of the test scores at Al-Jannah elementary school, parents also really want the best or above average scores. that his son got. The average learning outcomes achieved by students are still low but the teacher has made every effort to guide and assist students in learning at school. This is what makes one indicator the writer wants to examine more deeply how the interpersonal communication of people and children takes place when students are at home. The latest data shows that the average UAN (Nasinal Final Examination) for the 2017/2018 academic year is still not optimal and has decreased compared to 2016/2017.Interpersonal communication is the principle of delivering messages between two or more people with an instantaneous effect. In addition, parenting communication must also be applied in the daily activities of students with their parents at home. This research uses a qualitative approach, with a case study method and descriptive research type. The results of this study explain how parents apply parenting communication patterns or interpersonal communication with their children at home. This study concludes the learning pattern of children with one parent who works very effectively and makes children get their rights when they are with their parents at home, this is inversely proportional to the learning pattern of children with both parents working their interperon communication or even par important communication is not effective.Keywords: interpersonal communication, parenting communication, interpersonal communication, learning achievement. Sekolah aljannah merupakan salah satu kawasan pendidikan yang terletak di jl jamboree no 4 harja mukti cimanggis kota depok, dalam hal ini sekolah aljannah menerpakan system pembelajran tuntas untuk siswanya dengan harpaan mendapatkan hasil belajar yang baik dikawasan kota depok, tetapi hal ini menjadi pekerjaan untuk skolah dikarenakan tiga tahun berturut nilai ujian nasisonal dari sekolah tersebut turun. Dengan turunya nilai ujian nasional siswa disekolah aljannah dilator belakangi dengan kurang intensitass orang tua dalam menerapkan komunikasi intrpersonal ketika dirumah dengan anaknya. komunikasi interpersonal adalah prsose penyampaian pesan antara dua orang atau lebih dengan mengaharpakn adnya efek seketika. Selain itu komunikasi parenting juga harus diterpakan dalam kegiatan sehati hari para siswa dengan orangtuanya ketika dirumah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan metode studi kasus dan tipe penelitian deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bagaimana cara orang tua menerpakan pola komunikasi parenting atau komunikasi interpersonal dengan anaknya ketika dirumah. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan pola belajar anak dengan salah satu orang tua yang bekerja sangat efektif dan membuat anak mendapatkan haknya ketika bersama orang tua dirumah, hal ini berbanding trbalik dengan pola belajar anak dengan kedua orang tua bekerja komunikasi interperonanya tau pun komunkasi parentingnya berjalan tidak efektif. Kata Kunci : komunkasi interpersonal, komunikasi parenting, komunikasi antarpribadi.
