Abstract

In meeting the needs of high-rise electricity resources, especially for buildings such as airports and other high-rise buildings that are developing very rapidly, especially in large cities that are used to support the mobility of the economy. So from that the comfort and safety of humans in occupying high-rise buildings is a priority. In addition to comfort, safety is also a consideration that must be considered so that the activities of users and residents in the building for a long period of time are maintained and protected from interference. The symmetrical component method is used in manual calculations, and the simulation method in this study uses the Electrical Transient and Analysis Program (ETAP) software. Electrical Transient and Analysis Program (ETAP) is an electrical calculation software with IEEE 37 series and IEC 909 and others. This software can facilitate electrical calculations for short-circuit analysis. Manual calculation and simulation methods are stages that have the purpose of determining the expected value in the study. The calculation results of the maximum 3 phase short circuit current are at the main conductor nearest the Main Breaker of the Low Voltage Main Panel PUTR-WA, MCC-CH 1 dan MCC-CH 2 Syamsudin Noor Banjarmasin Airport is 44,94kA and 42,86kA for PUTR-WB. From the results of these calculations, the protection ability of the breaker or circuit breaker in the Low Voltage Main Panel may not be below the value of 44.94 kA and 42.86 kA. Dalam memenuhi kebutuhan sumber daya listrik gedung bertingkat khususnya untuk bangunan seperti bandara dan juga gedung bertingkat lainnya yang berkembang sangat pesat terutama di kota-kota besar yang digunakan untuk menunjang mobilitas laju perekonomian. Maka dari itu kenyamanan dan keselamatan manusia dalam menghuni gedung bertingkat tinggi menjadi prioritas. Selain kenyamanan, keselamatan juga merupakan pertimbangan yang harus diperhatikan agar aktifitas pengguna dan penghuni didalam gedung dalam jangka waktu panjang tetap terjaga serta terlindungi dari gangguan. Metode komponen simetris digunakan pada perhitungan manual, serta Metode simulasi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan software Electrical Transient and Analisis Program (ETAP). Electrical Transient and Analisis Program (ETAP) merupakan software perhitungan elektrikal dengan standar IEEE seri 37 dan IEC 909 dan lainnya. Software ini dapat mempermudah perhitungan elektrikal untuk short-circuit analysis. Metode perhitungan manual dan simulasi adalah tahapan yang memiliki tujuan untuk menentukan nilai yang diharapkan pada penelitian. Hasil perhitungan arus hubung singkat 3 phase maksimal yaitu pada penghantar utama terdekat Main Breaker Panel Utama Tegangan Rendah adalah 44 kA untuk (PUTR-WA, MCC-CH1, MCC-CH1) dan 42 kA untuk (PUTR-WB) dimana nilai tersebut akan dijadikan rekomendasi untuk pemilihan proteksi pada sistem distribusi daya listrik Bandara Syamsudin Noor Banjarmasin.
