Abstract
This research aimed to analyze the mediating role of Organizational Commitment on the influence of Leadership Behavior and Work Environment towards Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This research was conducted from October 2019 to April 2020 at AJB Bumiputera 1912 Headquarter. The populations in this research were 317 employees. There were 177 employees were taken as sample using Slovin’s formula with 5% error tolerance. Then, a quota sampling method was used in administering questionnaires to respondents. Data collected were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with the help of SmartPLS software version 3.2.9 for Windows. The results showed that Leadership Behavior did not have a direct significant influence on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior; however, it had an indirect positive and significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior as mediated by Organizational Commitment. Meanwhile, Work Environment had both direct and indirect positive significant influences on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Perilaku Kepemimpinan dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior yang dimediasi oleh Komitmen Organisasi karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Oktober 2019 sampai bulan April 2020 di kantor pusat AJB Bumiputera 1912. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 317 karyawan. Sebanyak 177 karyawan diambil sebagai sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan toleransi error sebesar 5%. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah quota sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling yang dibantu dengan software SmartPLS versi 3.2.9 untuk Windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Perilaku Kepemimpinan secara langsung tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior; namun secara tidak langsung, melalui mediasi Komitmen Organisasi, Perilaku Kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan. Sementara itu, Lingkungan Kerja baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
