Abstract
The lack of understanding of the community and parents of Cerebral Palsy children about Cerebral Palsy makes Cerebral Palsy children unable to get proper treatment because of the lack of information on Cerebral Palsy in Indonesian and the visuals displayed are in the context of sadness which makes Cerebral Palsy stigma in society worse. This design educates the public and parents of Cerebral Palsy children by delivering information in Indonesian which is presented in a cheerful context in the form of a digital campaign. This design uses a visual illustration technique method because of its effectiveness in conveying information. Several theories are used in this design to build digital campaign structures, such as campaign theory, illustration theory, visual language style theory, color theory, design principles theory, and persuasive theory. The results of this final project show that providing an understanding of Cerebral Palsy through a digital platform with the delivery of a cheerful context in Indonesian helps parents and the public understand Cerebral Palsy so that they can handle it appropriately and give a positive impression on Cerebral Palsy children. Keyword: Cerebral Palsy, Visual Communication Strategy, campaign Kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat dan orang tua anak Cerebral Palsy mengenai Cerebral Palsy membuat anak Cerebral Palsy tidak bisa mendapatkan penanganan yang tepat karena minimnya informasi Cerebral Palsy berbahasa Indonesia dan visual yang di tampilkan berkonteks kesedihan yang membuat stigma Cerebral Palsy di masyarakat menjadi buruk. Perancangan ini mengedukasikan kepada masyarakat dan orang tua anak Cerebral Palsy dengan penyampaian informasi berbahasa Indonesia yang disajikan dengan konteks yang ceria berupa kampanye digital. Perancangan ini menggunakan metode teknik visual ilustrasi dikarenakan keefektifannya dalam menyampaikan informasi. Beberapa teori digunakan dalam perancangan ini untuk membangun struktur kampanye digital, seperti teori kampanye, teori ilustrasi, teori gaya bahasa visual, teori warna, teori prinsip desain, dan teori persuasif. Hasil tugas akhir ini menunjukkan bahwa memberi pemahaman Cerebral Palsy lewat platform digital dengan penyampaian berkonteks ceria berbahasa Indonesia membantu orang tua dan masyarakat memahami Cerebral Palsy sehingga bisa menangani dengan tepat dan memberi kesan positif terhadap anak Cerebral Palsy.
