Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational commitment, job satisfaction and employee compensation on employee turnover intention of PT. Cosco Ocean Global Shipping, Jakarta. Data collection techniques used in this study took the form of questionnaires using a Likert scale. This research was conducted on 65 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach and hypothesis testing. The approach used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart-PLS analysis tools. The results showed that organizational commitment had a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Employee compensation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Keywords : Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction, Employee Compensation, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kerja dan kompensasi karyawan terhadap turnover intention karyawan PT. Cosco Ocean Global Shipping, Jakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berbentuk kuisioner dengan menggunakan skala likert. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 65 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dan pengujian hipotesis. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa komitmen organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention.
