Abstract

The job structure of the bottom (lower Structure) has the weight of the work amounted to 8% of the total cost of the construction of high-rise buildings, while the delay in implementation of the work reached 12%. The results of the statistical analysis conducted by using the Relative Important Index (RII) obtained 15 influential factors i.e. Comparison of measurement and prediction, the adequacy of the plan Specifications, fix & schedules and plans, instrumentation and performance monitoring, evaluation of static pole data, Data collection, soil conditions, Scope of work, Issues, accuracy of Data, problem identification, Solution Optimization, validation projects, Improve communication, skilled workforce While the results of the analysis of the case study foundations work efficiency results obtained powerboats using PERT of 4.85% and optimization for quality using Six Sigma of 99.56%. Keyword: PERT, Six Sigma, Pile Foundation, Efficiency, Optimization Of Quality Time Pekerjaan struktur bawah (lower Structure) mempunyai bobot pekerjaan sebesar 8 % dari total biaya konstruksi bangunan gedung bertingkat tinggi, sedangkan keterlambatan pelaksanaan pekerjaan mencapai 12%. Hasil analisa statistik yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan Relative Important Index (RII) diperoleh 15 faktor yang berpengaruh yaitu Perbandingan pengukuran dan prediksi, Kecukupan Rencana & Spesifikasi, Memperbaiki jadwal dan rencana, Instrumentasi dan pemantauan kinerja, Evaluasi data tiang statis, Pengumpulan Data, Kondisi Tanah, Lingkup Pekerjaan, Permasalahan, Akurasi Data, Identifikasi Masalah, Optimasi Solusi, Validasi Proyek, Meningkatkan komunikasi, Tenaga kerja terampil Sedangkan hasil analisa studi kasus diperoleh hasil efisiensi pekerjaan pondasi tiang pancang dengan menggunakan metode PERT sebesar 4,85% dan optimalisasi mutu dengan menggunakan Six Sigma sebesar 99,56%.
