Abstract
This study aims to determine how much influence the organizational structure (X1), job characteristics (X2), work environment (X3) and motivation (X4) on employee performance (Y) at PT. VARCOINDO Bina Jaya Bekasi either partially or simultaneously. Data collection methods used are questionnaires and documentation methods. The population in this study were all employees of PT. VARCOINDO BINA JAYA with a sample of 77 people. In determining the sample used saturated sampling technique. The analytical method used is descriptive percentage and multiple regression method. The independent variable organizational structure (X1) states that organizational structure has a positive effect on employee performance. The independent variable of job characteristics (X2) states that job characteristics have a positive effect on employee performance. The independent variable work environment (X3) states that the work environment has a positive effect on employee performance. The independent variable motivation (X4) states that motivation has a positive effect on employee performance. So it can be concluded that the organizational structure (X1), job characteristics (X2), work environment (X3) and motivation (X4) together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y). The advice given in this study is the management of PT. VARCOINDO BINA JAYA is expected to pay attention to and improve the organizational structure (X1), job characteristics (X2), work environment (X3) and motivation (X4) so that employee performance (Y) can continue to increase Keywords: Organizational Structure, Job Characteristics, Work Environment, Employee Motivation and Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh struktur organisasi(X1), karakteristik pekerjan(X2), lingkungan pekerjaan(X3) dan motivasi(X4) terhadap kinerja karyawan(Y) di PT. VARCOINDO Bina Jaya Bekasi baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. VARCOINDO BINA JAYA dengan sampel berjumlah sebanyak 77 orang. Dalam menentukan sampel digunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif presentase dan metode regresi berganda. Variabel bebas struktur organisasi (X1) menyatakan struktur organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan diterima. Variabel bebas karakteristik pekerjaan (X2) menyatakan karakteristik pekerjaan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan diterima. Variabel bebas lingkungan kerja (X3) menyatakan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan diterima.Variabel bebas motivasi (X4) menyatakan motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan diterima. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa struktur organisasi(X1), karakteristik pekerjan(X2), lingkungan pekerjaan(X3) dan motivasi(X4) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan(Y). Saran yang diberikan di dalam penelitian ini adalah pihak manajemen PT. VARCOINDO BINA JAYA diharapkan memperhatikan dan meningkatkan struktur organisasi(X1), karakteristik pekerjan(X2), lingkungan pekerjaan(X3) dan motivasi(X4) agar kinerja karyawan(Y) dapat terus meningkat Kata kunci : Stuktur Organisasi, Karakteristik Pekerjaan, Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi dan Kinerja Karyawan
