Abstract
This research aims to know the influence of work discipline, leadership styles and work motivation on employee performance in PT Cipta Prima Autoraya Cileungsi Branch. This research uses causal research design. The object of this research is all employees of PT Cipta Prima Autoraya, Cileungsi Branch. The research was done to 105 respondents that use purposive sampling. The data that have filled validity test, reliability, classic assumptions test processed to produced a multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the variables of work discipline and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while the variable of leadership style has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance through the t test using the statistical software program SPSS (Statical Package For Social Science) version 25. Keywords: work discipline, leadership styles, work motivation, employee performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Cipta Prima Autoraya Cabang Cileungsi. Riset penelitian ini menggunakan desian penelitian kausal. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Cipta Prima Autoraya Cabang Cileungsi. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 105 responden dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Data-data yang telah memenuhi uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan uji asumsi klasik diolah sehingga menghasilkan persamaan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel sisiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sedangkan variabel gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh secara positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui uji t dengan menggunakan bantuan program software statistic SPSS (Statical Package For Social Science) versi 25.
