Abstract
This research aims to know the influence of the system of performance measurement, accountability, organization factors against the performance of public sector organizations. The object of this research is the officer who worked in the Office of the Mayor of West Jakarta.. Types of data used in this research is the primary data. Method of data collection is done using questionnaires. The population in this research is the leadership and staff in each tribal agency. Data obtained from this research as much as 60 data from 30 SKPD. This research uses descriptive qualitative approach. Therefore, analysis of the data used, namely using Partial Least Square version 3.0. The results of this study indicate that the performance measurement system deletes significantly to the performance of public sector organizations. The Organization's influential factors significantly to the performance of public sector organizations. Accountability is not a significant effect on performance of public sector organizations. This is evidenced from the coefficients of the inner path test models. Keywords : the use of performance measurement system, organizational factors, accountability, the performance of public sector organizations. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sistem pengukuran kinerja, faktor organisasi, akuntabilitas terhadap kinerja organisasi sektor publik. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah petugas yang bekerja pada Kantor Walikota Jakarta Barat. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pimpinan dan staf pada masing –masing suku dinas. Data yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini sebanyak 60 data dari 30 SKPD. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan Partial Least Square versi 3,0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem pengukuran kinerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi sektor publik. Faktor organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi sektor publik. Akuntabilitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi sektor publik. Hal ini dibuktikan dari uji path coefficients dalam inner model. Kata kunci : sistem pengukuran kinerja, faktor organisasi, akuntabilitas, kinerja organisasi sektor publik
