Abstract

This research aim to know the influence of training and compensation to productivity in FPG Insurance Company. Where there are two independents variable and one dependent variable. Independents variable are training an compensation while dependent variable is productivity. The population for this research is employees from marketing department with amount of 50 persons. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling which all of the populatation of this research used as a sample. Data analysis used is multiple linear regression. The result of this research shows that training (X1) has no significant influence on productivity (Y) while social (X2) has significant influence on productivity (Y). Keyword : Training, Compensation and Productivity Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan kompensasi terhadap produktivitas di PT Asuransi FPG Indonesia. Dimana diajukan dua variabel bebas dan satu variabel terikat, yaitu pelatihan dan kompensasi sebagai variabel bebas dan produktivitas sebagai variabel terikat. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan dari divisi pemasaran di PT Asuransi FPG Indonesia sebanyak 50 Responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh dimana semua populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pe;atihan ( X1) tidak berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas (Y) sedangkan kompensasi (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan (Y) hal ini dapat dibuktikan dari hasil uji persial uji (t). Kata kunci : Pelatihan, Kompensasi dan Produktivitas
