Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the Influence of Emotional Intelligence on Job Stress, Organizational Commitment and Employee Performance on NPM-XL project employees of PT Huawei North Area. The research method used in this research is descriptive method. The object of this research is all employees of NPM-XL PT Huawei North Area with population of 40 people. The sampling technique used sampling saturated with 40 samples. The approach used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart- PLS analysis tool. The results showed emotional intelligence had a negative and significant effect on employee work stress. Emotional intelligence negatively affects Organizational Commitment. Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job stress has a negative and significant effect on Organizational Commitment. Work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. This is evidenced from the results of hypothesis testing (t test) which shows the significance value of the free variable. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional terhadap Stres Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi dan Kinerja Karyawan pada karyawan project NPM-XL PT Huawei North Area. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan NPM-XL PT Huawei North Area dengan populasi 40 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 40 orang. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap stress kerja karyawan. Kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh negatif terhadap komitmen organisasi. Kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen Oorganisasi. Stres Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil pengujian hipotesis (uji t) yang menunjukan nilai signifikasi dari variable bebas.
