Abstract

Title : Performance Analysis of Signalized Intersection and Road Section at Joglo Raya Street – Pos Pengumben Street. Compiled by : Ria Agustina, NIM : 41116120078, Supervisor : Hermanto Dwiatmoko, MSTr, IPU Congestion in the capital city of Jakarta generally occurs at crossroads. One of the signalized intersections in the capital city of Jakarta at Joglo Raya intersection, West Jakarta. The purpose of research to analyze the performance of Joglo Raya signalized intersections & roads section then give an alternative solutions. Observation is carried out when peak hours at the intersection of Joglo Raya Street - Pos Pengumben Street and Srengseng Street - Swadarma Street. Manual Capacity of Indonesia Road (MKJI) 1997 method used in this research. The primary data is obtained by surveying traffic volume, intersection geometry, cycle time, volume and speed on the Joglo Raya road section. While secondary data is obtained by searching using the internet. The results of the existing data analysis, obtained Level Of Service (LOS) F for morning and evening while LOS D for daytime. There are three alternative problem solving,the first is evaluatioan cycle time, obtained LOS E for the morning, LOS B for daytime and LOS F for the evening. The next alternative solution is change 2 phase to 3 phase with the West and East approaches protected, obtained LOS D for the morning and evening then LOS B for the daytime. The last alternative solution is change 2 phase to 3 phase with North and South approach protected the results is LOS D for morning and evening, LOS C for daytime The evaluation results of existing data on the Jalan Joglo Raya - Jalan Raya Pengumben road section at peak hour are still good with Level Of Service (LOS) C. Judul : Analisa Kinerja Simpang Bersinyal dan Ruas Jalan Joglo Raya – Jalan Raya Pos Pengumben. Disusun oleh : Ria Agustina, NIM : 41116120078, Dosen Pembimbing : Hermanto Dwiatmoko, MSTr, IPU Kemacetan di Ibukota Jakarta umunya terjadi pada persimpangan jalan. Salah satu persimpangan bersinyal di Ibukota Jakarta yang mengalami kemacetan tersebut yaitu simpang bersinyal Joglo Raya Jakarta Barat. Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja simpang bersinyal & ruas jalan Jogo Raya serta memberikan alternatif solusi. Pengamatan dilakukan pada jam sibuk (peak hour) di persimpangan Jalan Joglo Raya – Jalan Raya Pos Pengumben dan Jalan Raya Srengseng – Jalan Raya Swadarma. Metode yang digunakan pada penilitian ini yaitu metode Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI) 1997. Data primer didapatkan dengan cara melakukan survei volume lalu-lintas, geometri persimpangan, waktu siklus, volume dan kecepatan pada ruas jalan Joglo Raya. Sedangkan data sekunder didapat dengan cara pencarian menggunakan media internet. Hasil analisis data eksisting,didapatkan Level Of Service (LOS) F untuk pagi dan sore hari sedangkan LOS D untuk siang hari. Terdapat tiga alternatif pemecahan masalah pertama penyesuaian waktu siklus didapatkan LOS E untuk pagi hari, LOS B untuk siang hari dan LOS F untuk sore hari. Alternatif solusi berikutnya merubah fase dari 2 menjadi 3 dengan pendekat Barat dan Timur terlindung didapatkan LOS D untuk pagi dan sore hari serta LOS B untuk siang hari. Alternatif solusi terakhir yaitu merubah fase dari 2 menjadi 3 dengan pendekat Utara dan Selatan terlindungi hasil yang didapat LOS D untuk pagi dan sore hari serta LOS C untuk siang hari Hasil evaluasi data eksisting ruas Jalan Joglo Raya – Jalan Raya Pos Pengumben pada jam sibuk masih cukup baik dengn Level Of Service (LOS) C.
