Abstract

The Bank Indonesia Museum is a place of education and a place for other general knowledge. There are many activities carried out by the Bank Indonesia Museum in developing the image as the best museum of DKI Jakarta. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach using the constructivism paradigm and will be discussed using a case study research method based on in-depth interviews with several informants and documentation as well as data supporting the research. This study concludes that the strategy carried out by Public Relations Museum Bank Indonesia in developing the image as the best museum in DKI Jakarta by holding several events such as seminars on HARDIKNAS, seminars on Kartini day, inviting youtubers, holding creative competitions and other activities. The results obtained are that the strategy that has been carried out by the Public Relations Museum of Bank Indonesia has succeeded in developing the image of the museum that entered into the Multiple Image image. Keywords: Public Relations Strategy, Citra, Bank Indonesia Museum Museum Bank Indonesia menjadi tempat edukasi serta tempat untuk pengetahuan umum lainnya. Banyak sekali kegiatan yang dilakukan Museum Bank Indonesia dalam mengembangkan citra sebagai museum terbaik DKI Jakarta. Tipe penelitian adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan paradigma konstruktivisme dan akan dibahas dengan menggunakan metode penelitian studi kasus yang berdasarkan pada wawancara yang mendalam dengan beberapa informan dan dokumentasi serta data yang mendukung penelitian. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa strategi yang dilakukan oleh Humas Museum Bank Indonesia dalam mengembangkan citra sebagai museum terbaik di DKI Jakarta dengan mengadakan beberapa acara seperti seminar pada HARDIKNAS, seminar pada hari Kartini, mengundang youtuber, mengadakan lomba – lomba kreatif dan kegiatan lainnya. Hasil yang diproleh bahwa strategi yang sudah dilakukan oleh Humas Museum Bank Indonesia telah berhasil dalam mengembangkan citra museum yang masuk kedalam Citra Serbaneka (multiple image) .
