Abstract

This research is intended to analyze the influence of interpersonal communication and distributive justice to employee performance at PT Tri MG Intra Asia Airlines. The population of this study is all employees of PT Tri MG Intra Asia Airlines totaling 128 people, a total of sample 56 people calculated by the Slovin formula. The sampling method uses convenience sampling. Methods of data analysis using PLS (Partial Least Square). The results showed interpersonal communication has a positive and significant impact an employee performance. Distributive justice has no significant effect on employee performance. Keywords : Interpersonal Communication, Distributive Justice, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal dan keadilan distributif terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Tri MG Intra Asia Airlines. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Tri MG Intra Asia Airlines yang berjumlah 128 orang, jumlah sampel sebanyak 56 orang yang dihitung dengan rumus Slovin. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan convenience sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi interpersonal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Keadilan distributif tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci : Komunikasi Interpersonal, Keadilan Distributif, Kinerja Karyawan
