Abstract
This research aims to know the influence of service quality, promotion and location to the decision to stay at Jayakarta hotel. The object of this study is consumers who stay at the hotel Jayakarta, Jakarta. This research was conducted on 100 respondents with quantitative descriptive method. Therefore, the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression test. The results of this study show that partially, promotion variable does not affect the decision to stay at Jayakarta hotel while the variable quality of service and location variables affect the decision to stay at the hotel Jayakarta, Jakarta. Keywords: service quality, promotion, location, the decision to stay. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kualitas pelayanan, promosi dan lokasi terhadap keputusan menginap di hotel Jayakarta. Objek penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang menginap di hotel Jayakarta, Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 100 responden dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial, variabel promosi tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan menginap di hotel Jayakarta sedangkan variabel kualitas pelayanan dan variabel lokasi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan menginap di hotel Jayakarta, Jakarta. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Promosi, Lokasi, Keputusan Menginap.
