Abstract

Teller Service is one of the existing business units at BCA Puri Botanical where the business unit has standard of service and speed which has been defined before. However, in its implementation often experience the non-fulfillment of service time standard that resulted in dissatisfaction of the Customer which led to reporting or complain. This is certainly very risky if left unchecked as it will have an impact on the Customer's lack of confidence. Disbelief is certainly an impact on the decline in banking transactions due to feel dissatisfied with the services provided. Based on observations of existing problems then the authors are interested to create an application that is able to monitor the service Teller to fit the operational standards and improve the performance of the Teller. This application will be able to see the information of Teller service time to Customer which can become an alternative for BCA Puri Botanical management in making decision about the performance of Teller by using web based computer media. Keywords: Web, Teller Service, Monitoring, Pelayanan Teller adalah salah satu unit bisnis yang ada pada BCA Puri Botanical dimana unit bisnis tersebut memiliki standar waktu pelayanan dan kecepatan yang sudah didefinisikan sebelumnya. Namun pada implementasinya sering mengalami tidak terpenuhinya standar waktu pelayanan yang mengakibatkan ketidak puasan Nasabah yang berujung pada pelaporan atau komplain. Hal ini tentunya sangat beresiko jika dibiarkan karena akan berdampak pada ketidak kepercayaan Nasabah. Ketidak percayaan tersebut tentu berdampak pada menurunnya transaksi perbankan akibat merasa tidak puas pada pelayanan yang diberikan. Berdasarkan observasi dari permasalah yang ada maka penulis tertarik untuk membuatkan aplikasi yang mampu memonitor pelayanan Teller agar sesuai dengan standar operasional dan meningkatkan kinerja bagian Teller. Aplikasi ini nantinya dapat melihat informasi waktu pelayanan Teller terhadap Nasabah yang bisa menjadi suatu alternatif bagi manajemen BCA Puri Botanical dalam mengambil keputusan mengenai kinerja dari Teller dengan menggunakan media komputer yang berbasis web. Kata Kunci: Web, Monitoring, Pelayanan Teller.
