Abstract

Competition in the education industry is a major challenge for universities in carrying out educational services activities. Universities are required to think creatively to implement competitive strategies by producing higher quality education services, starting from screening students to graduates accepted by industrial markets so that the University must carry out management engineering by applying Supply Chain Management (SCM) concepts. The purpose of this study was to determine and improve the SCM performance framework at Bina Darma University by using the SCOR method beginning with expert interviews from three Supplier stakeholders, University Organizations and Customers who have an interest in the SCM University flow. Which later will get a Key Performance Indicator (KPI)) proposal and become a benchmark in measuring University performance. Furthermore, the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and SCOR methods are used to assist in determining the priorities of the University's SCM criteria. From the identification and measurement with the SCOR model, the values for each performance process are as follows: the plan is 2.64, the source is 4.04, the make is 4.69, and the deliver value is 11.82. With a total SCOR value for the University is 23.19, then the performance with the smallest value is determined as the selected performance to be improved, namely the Plan process with a value of 2.64. Keyword: Supply Chain Management (SCM, Key Performance Indicator (KPI), Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and SCOR Persaingan dalam industri pendidikan menjadi tantangan utama bagi Universitas dalam menjalankan aktivitas jasa pendidikan. Universitas dituntut untuk berpikir kreatif untuk mengimplementasikan strategi bersaing dengan menghasilkan jasa pendidikan yang lebih berkualitas, dimulai dari penyaringan mahasiswa sampai dengan lulusan diterima pasar industri sehingga Universitas harus melakukan rekayasa manajemen dengan menerapkan konsep Manajemen Rantai Pasok atau Supply Chain Management (SCM), Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan memperbaiki Framework kinerja SCM di Universitas Bina Darma dengan mengunakan metode SCOR diawali wawancara ahli dari tiga stakeholder Supplier, Organisasi Universitas dan Costumer yang memiliki kepentingan pada aliran SCM Universitas. Yang nantinya untuk medapatkan Key Performance Indicator (KPI)) usulan dan menjadi tolak ukur dalam pengukuran kinerja Universitas. Selanjutnya metode Analytical Hierarki Process (AHP) dan SCOR digunakan untuk membantu dalam menentukan prioritas kriteria-kriteria SCM Universitas, Dari identifikasi dan pengukuran dengan model SCOR didapat nilai untuk masing-masing proses kinerja sebagai berikut : plan bernilai 2,64, source bernilai 4,04, make bernilai 4,69, dan deliver bernilai 11,82. Dengan total nilai SCOR untuk Universitas Bina Darma adalah 23,19 kemudian kinerja dengan nilai terkecil ditetapkan sebagai kinerja terpilih untuk dilakukan perbaikan yaitu proses Plan dengan nilai 2,64.
