Abstract

This research is to know the influence of Perceived Support Organization, Satisfaction of work and Organizational Citizenship Behavior on the Performance of Employees at The Secretary general of The People’s Consultative Republic Indonesia (MPR RI). The object of this research is the employees who work on the Secretary general of The People’s Consultative Republic Indonesia (MPR RI). This research was conducted on 100 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously, the variables of Perceived Support Organization, Satisfaction of work and Organizational Citizenship Behavior on the Performance of Employees at The Secretary general of The People’s Consultative Republic Indonesia (MPR RI). This is evidenced from the results of simultaneous tests (F test) and partial test results (t test) also shows significant value of two independent variables that support the hypothesis. Therefore the test result of this research stated that there is influence simultaneously between Perceived Support Organization variable, Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Employee Performance at The Secretary general of The People’s Consultative Republic Indonesia (MPR RI). And there is one variable which don’t show a significant of Job Satisfication on the Performance of Employees. Keywords: perceived support organization, job satisfaction, and organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja, dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Sekretarariat Jenderal MPR RI. Objek penelitian ini adalah pada karyawan PNS di Setjen MPR RI. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 100 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variabel Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja, dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Setjen MPR RI. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (uji F) dan hasil uji parsial (uji t) juga menunjukkan nilai signifikan dari 2 variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesa yaitu Pengaruh Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Sekretariat Jenderal MPR RI, dan terdapat 1 variabel bebas yang tidak menunjukan nilai signifikan yaitu Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kata Kunci : Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Kinerja Karyawan.
