Abstract

Title: Performance Analysis of Intersection Traffic Signal and Road Segment KS Tubun Road and Jembatan Baru Road, Tangerang. Name: Dimas Aji Anjasmoro, NIM: 41114010095, Lecturer: Ir. Sylvia Indriany, M.T. 2018 Congestion that occurred at the intersection was due to various factors, including the construction of a bridge project in the area that made the vehicle a passing project, many factory industrial environments and access to Soekarno Hatta International Airport, which resulted in an increase in the volume of private vehicles at the intersection , coupled with the undisciplined attitude of the drivers. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence intersection performance, providing an alternative to congestion problem solvers. The data needed in the process of analyzing the performance of signalized intersections and road segments are primary data in the form of road geometric data, survey results of traffic volume and vehicle speed during rush hour. As well as secondary data in the form of a map of location and population. This study uses analysis procedures for intersections and urban roads that refer to the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI 1997). The intersection performance of the KS Tubun Road and Jembatan Baru Road at the maximum flow of morning and afternoon rush hour has an intersection service level of F (very bad) with a delay value of 69.79 and 98.61, and during the afternoon rush hour that is E with a delay amounting to 50.62. This is caused by long cycle times and high vehicle intensity during rush hour. For the performance of the road segment has a degree of saturation ranging from 0.20 to 0.51, has a service level category A-C, the operational speed produced is quite good ranging from 33-38 km / h and the actual speed at the survey is 20-33 km / hour. Sylvia Indriany, M.T. 2018 Kemacetan yang terjadi pada simpang tersebut disebabkan karena berbagai faktor, antara lain adanya proyek pembangunan jembatan didaerah tersebut yang membuat kendaraan proyek lalu-lalang, banyak lingkungan industri pabrik dan adanya akses menuju Bandara Internasional Soekarno Hatta, hal itu berakibat peningkatan volume kendaraan pribadi di persimpangan tersebut, ditambah dengan sikap tidak disiplin para pengemudinya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja simpang, memberikan alternatif untuk pemecah masalah kemacetan. Data yang diperlukan dalam proses analisis kinerja simpang bersinyal dan ruas jalan adalah data primer yaitu berupa data geometrik jalan, data hasil survey volume lalu lintas dan kecepatan kendaraan pada jam – jam sibuk. Serta data sekunder berupa peta lokasi dan jumlah penduduk. Penelitian ini menggunakan prosedur analisis simpang dan ruas jalan perkotaan yang mengacu pada Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI 1997). Kinerja simpang bersinyal Jalan KS Tubun dan Jalan Jembatan Baru pada arus maksimum jam sibuk pagi dan sore memiliki tingkat pelayanan simpang yaitu F (sangat buruk) dengan nilai tundaan sebesar 69,79 dan 98,61, dan saat jam sibuk siang yaitu E dengan hasil tundaan sebesar 50,62 . Hal itu disebabkan oleh waktu siklus yang panjang dan intensitas kendaraan yang tinggi pada jam-jam sibuk. Untuk kinerja ruas jalan memiliki derajat kejenuhan berkisar 0,20 – 0,51, memiliki tingkat pelayanan kategori AC, kecepatan operasional yang dihasilkan cukup baik berkisar antara 33 – 38 km/jam dan kecepatan aktual saat survey yaitu 20 – 33 km/jam.
