Abstract
This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of emotional intelligence, job stress, and job discipline, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employee performance. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The object of research is all employees working in units E-Channel of PT Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk with the respondent amounted to 52 employees. The approach used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis tool Smart-PLS. The results showed job stress give effect on employee performance. Emotional intelligence significant positive effect on employee performance. Job Discipline positive effect on employee performance. Emotional intelligence significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Job stress effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Job Discipline positive effect on Oganizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Keywords: emotional intelligence, job stress, job discipline, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja, kecerdasan emosional, dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di unit E-Channel PT Bank Negara Indonesia,Tbk dengan responden sebesar 52 karyawan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Kata kunci : kecerdasan emosional, stres kerja, disiplin kerja, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), kinerja karyawan.
