Abstract
Research was conducted in airfreight export division at DHL Global Forwarding Indonesia. The company engaged in field of freight forwarding and focused in commodity delivery services and handling customs affairs from and abroad nations. There are two partners (vendors) used by the company to handle the process of handling commodities in the field, namely : Andima Transportindo and MSA Cargo. Both vendors are assigned with the same activities and responsibilities but with different service performance and price proposed. Based on these findings, the researcher intends to know the priority criterias, priority sub-criterias and priority alternatives and the consistency level of opinion from the respondents which are working in DHL Global Forwarding Indonesia. In this study, the author uses the method of Analityc Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine the priority of the criterias, sub-criterias and alternatives which will then testing its consistency level of the overall answers of the respondents. The results of the priority order at the criteria level in this study from the largest are quality, service, reliability and price. The global priority order at the alternative level is the vendor of Andima Transportindo as the first alternative and MSA Cargo as the second alternative. The value of Consistency Ratio (CR) in the pairwise matrix between criterias, sub-criterias and the overall alternatives is at the tolerance level which states that the answers of the respondents are included in valid and consistent categories. Keywords : Freight Forwarding, Vendor, Global Priority, Analytic Hierarchy Process, Consistency Ratio Penelitian dilakukan pada divisi airfreight export di perusahaan DHL Global Forwarding Indonesia. Perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang freight forwarding ini berfokus pada jasa pengiriman barang serta penanganan urusan beacukai dari dan keluar negeri. Terdapat dua mitra kerja (vendor) yang digunakan oleh perusahaan untuk menangani proses penanganan barang di lapangan, yaitu : Andima Transportindo dan MSA Kargo. Kedua vendor dibebani dengan aktivitas serta tanggung jawab yang sama namun dengan pencapaian performa dan harga jasa yang berbeda. Atas temuan tersebut, peneliti bermaksud untuk mengetahui prioritas kriteria, prioritas sub-kriteria dan prioritas alternatif serta tingkat konsistensi jawaban dari para responden yang merupakan pekerja di DHL Global Forwarding Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode Analityc Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk menentukan prioritas dari kriteria, sub-kriteria serta alternatif yang kemudian akan diuji tingkat konsistensi dari keseluruhan jawaban para responden. Hasil urutan prioritas pada tingkat kriteria dalam penelitian ini dari yang terbesar adalah kualitas, pelayanan, keandalan dan harga. Urutan prioritas global pada tingkat alternatif adalah vendor Andima Transportindo sebagai alternatif pertama dan MSA Kargo sebagai alternatif kedua. Nilai Consistency Ratio (CR) dalam matrik perbandingan berpasangan antar kriteria, sub-kriteria dan alternatif keseluruhan berada pada batas toleransi yang menyatakan bahwa jawaban para responden termasuk kedalam kategori valid dan konsisten.
