Abstract
The development of pharmaceutical packaging industry in Indonesia is very rapidly in line with the growth of pharmaceutical packaging needs as the impact of BPJS Program which was launched by the government and In the era of modern manufacturing industry where machine as the motor of business and technology wheel becomes a company strategy in face of industrial market competition. Therefore, the performance of a machine is necessary to be considered, plays an important role to the success of the company to World Class Manufacturing. This study discusses the overall equipment effectiveness in the Printing Process Sungan 2 where in the Printing Process Sungan 2 required a high level of precision and precision and machine performance which is good to support the achievement of high quality print quality. OEE is the measurement of the effectiveness of the use of a machine / equipment by calculating the availability of machines, performance and quality of products produced. Based on the above three factors if the value of OEE is below the standard world class company value of 85% then it is necessary to do six big losses analysis to know the losses that result in low OEE value. The study was conducted in July - August 2017, from the calculation obtained average OEE value of 31.8%. The value is below the standard value so it is necessary to improve the system that can increase the OEE value factor by analyzing the Six big losses to be able to identify the root of the problem and make improvements in an effort to optimize engine performance. Keywords: Manufacture FlexiblePackaging, Printing, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Six big losses, Kaizen Perkembangan Industri kemasan farmasi di Indonesia sangat pesat seiring dengan pertumbuhan kebutuhan kemasan farmasi sebagai dampak Program BPJS yang digulirkan pemerintah dan Pada era industri manufaktur modern saat ini dimana mesin sebagai motor penggerak roda bisnis dan teknologi menjadi suatu strategi perusahaan dalam menghadapi persaingan pasar industri. Oleh sebab itu, kinerja suatu mesin sangatlah perlu diperhatikan, memegang peranan penting terhadap kesuksesan perusahaan menuju World Class Manufacturing.Penelitian ini membahas mengenai overall equipment effectiveness pada Proses Printing Sungan 2 dimana dalam Proses Printing Sungan 2 diperlukan tingkat akurasi dan presisi yang tinggi serta kinerja mesin yang baik sangat menunjang tercapainya kualitas cetak yang bermutu tinggi. OEE ini ialah pengukuran ingkat efektivitas pemakaian suatu mesin/peralatan dengan menghitung ketersediaan mesin, performansi dan kualitas produk yang dihasilkan. Berdasarkan ketiga faktor diatas jika nilai OEE berada di bawah nilai standar world class company sebesar 85% maka perlu dilakukan analisis six big losses untuk mengetahui kerugian yang mengakibatkan rendahnya nilai OEE. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Juli - Agustus 2017, dari perhitungan didapatkan rata-rata nilai OEE yaitu sebesar 31,8%. Nilai tersebut berada di bawah nilai standar sehingga perlu dilakukan perbaikan sistem yang dapat meningkatkan faktor-faktor nilai OEE dengan menganalisa Six big losses untuk dapat diidentifikasi akar permasalahan serta dilakukan perbaikan dalam upaya mengoptimalkan kinerja mesin .
