Abstract
Development of product design in Indonesia is getting rapidly and modern, no exception trolley. Shopping trolley in the mall are familiar in areas of major cities. Trolley in general serve as tools to help push the work of man. Many types of trolley circulates in Indonesia, especially big cities, one supermarket. The use of trolley push the usually reserved in order to accommodate the amount of groceries in large quantities, as well as bring toddlers. The shape of the trolley is currently good, but convenience in shopping should be a concern. For that creation of this push trolley as a development of the existing trolley now. Intended to customer more comfortable shopping, especially for high in need at the same time carrying a toddler. keywords : trolley, customer, supermarket Perkembangan produk desain di Indonesia sudah semakin pesat dan modern, tak terkecuali trolley. Trolley belanja di mall sudah familiar di daerah kota besar. Trolley pada umumnya berfungsi sebagai alat dorong untuk membantu pekerjaan manusia. Banyak jenis trolley beredar di Indonesia, terutama kota besar, salah satunya supermarket. Penggunaan trolley dorong biasanya diperuntukkan supaya bisa menampung jumlah belanjaan dalam jumlah banyak, sekaligus membawa anak balita. Bentuk trolley saat ini sudah bagus, namun kenyamanan dalam berbelanja tentu harus menjadi perhatian. Untuk itu diciptakannya trolley dorong ini sebagai pengembangan dari bentuk trolley yang sudah ada saat ini. Dimaksudkan agar customer semakin nyaman berbelanja, terkhusus untuk berkebutuhan tinggi sekaligus membawa balita. Kata kunci : trolley, customer, supermarket
