Abstract
PT. Telkom Akses is a company engaged in the business of providing network infrastructure construction and management services. The company realizes that to produce a quality product is not an easy task, so a trial is needed before the product is released to the market. Some of the problems faced by PT Telkom Akses are the high failure rates in the Create CPE JUMP BUNDLE GPON process in Work Group DIVA SO. The process through which Inventory Data passed, FTTH PSB Ready ODP, Verify Feasibility, New Locn Required, Populate ONT Details, Create Unc Panel_Pon, Create & VRFY INFRCCT, Config Access Bearer, GPON Terminal Jumper, and Linked Service Order. To reduce and prevent these process failures, PT Telkom Access needs to implement a quality control method that is easy to implement and provides good results. The right method to overcome these problems is by applying Fault Tree Analysis and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis. This method has advantages, which can prevent or detect process failures early and can determine which types of damage should be prioritized to be repaired in stages. The results of the discussion show that 4 failure items need to be fixed first. Improvements that need to be made because of the high RPN include the system process cannot replicate IPTV inventory because there is no input of technical data (75), Voice Broadband configuration attribute is incomplete (60), the label of production equipment / technical data is not in accordance with the inventory database (45 ), and input data manually without going through an auto provisioning system (20). Telkom Akses merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bisnis penyediaan layanan konstruksi dan pengelolaan infrastruktur jaringan. Perusahaan menyadari bahwa untuk menghasilkan produk yang berkualitas bukanlah tugas yang mudah, maka diperlukan uji coba sebelum produk dilepas ke pasaran. Beberapa masalah yang dihadapi oleh PT Telkom Akses adalah masih tingginya kegagalan pada proses Create CPE JUMP BUNDLE GPON pada Work Group DIVA SO. Proses yang dilalui Readiness Data Inventori, PSB FTTH Indihome Ready ODP, Verify Feasibility, New Locn Required, Populate ONT Detail, Create Unc Panel_Pon, Create & VRFY INFRCCT, Config Access Bearer, Jumper GPON Terminal, dan Linked Service Order. Untuk mengurangi dan mencegah kegagalan proses tersebut PT Telkom Akses perlu menerapkan suatu metode pengendalian kualitas yang mudah diterapkan dan memberikan hasil yang baik. Adapun metode yang tepat dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan menerapkan Fault Tree Analysis dan Failure Mode and Effect Analysis. Metode ini mempunyai kelebihan, yaitu dapat mencegah atau mendeteksi kegagalan proses lebih dini dan dapat menentukan jenis kerusakan mana yang harus diperioritaskan untuk diperbaiki terlebih dahulu secara bertahap. Adapun hasil dari pembahasan menunjukkan 4 item kegagalan perlu diperbaiki terlebih dahulu. Perbaikan yang perlu dilakukan karena tingginya RPN antara lain adalah proses sistem tidak bisa mereplikasi inventori IPTV karena belum ada penginputan data teknis (75), atribut konfigurasi Voice Broadband belum lengkap (60), penamaan alat produksi/data teknis tidak sesuai dengan database inventori (45), dan penginputan data secara manual tanpa melalui sistem auto provisioning (20).
