Abstract
As a facilitator of the sports industry, Ikatan Motor Indonesia (IMI) should be supported by qualified resources so that the human resource management technique can be run properly and correctly. This study aims to examine and analyze the effects of compensation, competence, and talent management on employee performance Ikatan Motor Indonesia (IMI). The sampling method used is a saturated sample of a population of 85 employees and the data collected is 70 employees. The used research method is multiple linear regressions. The results showed that compensation, competence and talent management simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of Ikatan Motor Indonesia. Partially, compensation and talent management have positive and significant impacts on employee performance of Ikatan Motor Indonesia, while competence has no effect on employee performance of Ikatan Motor Indonesia. Compensation has the greatest effect on employee performance. Based on the results of the research, it is expected that the management of Ikatan Motor Indonesia should give attention to the compensation, competence, and talent management so that the employees performance will increase. Keyword : compensation, competence, talent management, employee performance Sebagai fasilitator industri olahraga, Ikatan Motor Indonesia (IMI) harus didukung dengan sumber daya yang berkualitas sehingga teknik human resource management dapat dijalankan secara baik dan benar. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dan menganalisa pengaruh kompensasi, kompetensi dan manajemen talenta terhadap kinerja karyawan Ikatan Motor Indonesia. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh dari populasi 85 karyawan dan data terkumpul adalah 70 karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kompensasi, kompetensi dan manajemen talenta secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Ikatan Motor Indonesia. Secara parsial kompensasi dan manajemen talenta berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Ikatan Motor Indonesia, sedangkan kompetensi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Ikatan Motor Indonesia. Kompensasi merupakan variabel yang paling besar pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diharapkan manajemen Ikatan Motor Indonesia dapat memberikan perhatian terhadap kompensasi, kompetensi dan manajemen talenta supaya kinerja karyawan mengalami peningkatan.
