Abstract
This research is to know the influence of leadership style, compensation, work environment, employee loyalty against employees of installation pipe gas. This research was conducted against the 53 respondents to do a quantitative approach. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research are the partial leadership style of positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. The positive effect of compensation on employee loyalty. The positive effect of work environment on employee loyalty. Collectively the leadership style, compensation, work environment to the employee loyalty of 50,8% and the remaining 49,2% influenced other variables that are not described in this study. Keywords: Leadership style, Compensation, Work environment, Employee loyalty Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan perusahaan instalasi pipa gas. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 53 responden dengan melakukan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini secara parsial gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Secara bersama-sama gaya kepemimpinan, kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas karyawan sebesar 50,8% dan sisanya 49,2% dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.
