Abstract
The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of intrinsic motivation and academic leadership of Ki Hajar Dewantara towards lecture work achievement in Mercu Buana University. The subject of this research is the lecturer in Mercu Buana University which amounts to 369 people. Determination sample use Slovin formula 10% so as obtain the number of samples as much 79 people. The research did by spreading questionaires to 79 respondents. Data analisis used in this research is statistic analisis in form simple and multiple linear regression and using SPSS application version 24. The result of the research showed that intrinsic motivation positively significant affect toward work achievement was 0,375. Academic leadership of Ki Hajar Dewantara positively significant affect toward work achievement 0,35. Intrinsic motivation and academic leadership of Ki Hajar Dewantara affect simultaniously toward work achievement was 46.3%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalis pengaruh motivasi intrinsik dan kepemimpinan akademik Ki Hajar Dewantara terhadap prestasi kerja dosen di Universitas Mercu Buana. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah dosen tetap Universitas Mercu Buana yang berjumlah 369 orang. Penentuan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin 10% sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 79 orang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 79 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji linier sederhana dan uji linier berganda dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 24. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja sebesar 0,375; Kepemimpinan akademik Ki Hajar Dewantara berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja sebesar 0,35; serta motivasi intirinsik dan kepemimpinan akademik Ki Hajar Dewantara berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap prestasi kerja sebesar 0,463.
