Abstract
The aimed of this research is to determine the effect of HR training and motivation of employee performance. The method of this research is descriptive.This research population is taked from 48 employees of PT. Honeywell Indonesia in Staging area as sample. The data analysis method has the shape of statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression test with SPSS version 20 windows. The results has showed that training has a negative and significant effect of employee performance.Organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect of employee perfomance. This things proven by the result of hypothesis test (t test) which shows the significant value of the independent variable. Keywords :HR training, motivation, employee performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan SDM dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Populasi Penelitian ini diambil dari 48 orang karyawan PT Honeywell Indnesia pada area Staging sebagai sample Metode analisis data yang digunakan berupa analisis statistic dalam bentuk uji regresi linear bergandadengan menggunakan SPSS versi 20 windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pelatihan berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap motivasi SDM. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji hipotesis (uji t) yang menunjukan nilai signifikasi dari variable bebas.
