Abstract

Employment is one of the main aspect in a organization or an instance. However, on practical industry employees are need on smaller industry, or even in a home industry. On home industry level, employees are usually get hired from words of mouth,not knowing on how these people work, their attitude and performances, resulting bad experience to the industry. But with the existing technologies now, it is possible to create an app which helps the industry finding their part-time or freelance employees,and for the jobseekers to get a job. This app implements the Behaviorally Anchored Rating Scale method for performance appraisal, and waterfall method on system development. Keywords : employment, e-commerce, service, bars, job. Tenaga kerja merupakan salah satu aspek utama dalam sebuah organisasi maupun instansi. Namun pada prakteknya tenaga kerja juga dibutuhkan pada level industri yang lebih kecil, bahkan pada rumah tangga sekalipun. Untuk level rumah tangga biasanya tenaga kerja didapatkan dari informasi mulut ke mulut, sehingga kinerja tenaga kerja kadang mengecewakan karena ketiadaan informasi yang tepat tentang performa mereka. Dengan adanya teknologi yang memungkinkan saat ini, aplikasi Dibantu dapat menjadi solusi bagi mereka yang membutuhkan tenaga kerja sementara, maupun bagi mereka yang menyediakan jasa tenaga kerja. Aplikasi Dibantu dirancang dengan System Development Life Cycle yaitu metode waterfall. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penilaian kinerja yaitu behaviorally anchored rating scale.
