Abstract
ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to examine and to analyze the influences of boarding school organizational climate, Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction toward Teacher’s Performance in Darunnajah 2 Boarding school. This research use quantitative research type with correlation form the method used in this research is multiple linear regression. The research populations are all teacher at Darunnajah 2 Boarding school Bogor. Sample at the research are 67 sample and respondents. The result of this research it can be concluded that boarding school organizational climate is significantly influence toward teacher’s performance, organizational commitment significantly influence toward teacher’s performance and job satisfaction significantly influence toward teacher’s performance. Suggested that boarding school can create the organizational climate conducive which can develop the high sense of caring and loyalty for institution, can increase the teacher’s commitment to be stronger to survive in their institution and encourage the teacher to give the best things in their job and the institution must be more selective to assign the task according to interest and educational background. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh iklim organisasi pesantren, komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja ustadz (guru) pesantren. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan format korelasional. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Populasi penelitian seluruh ustadz yang mengajar di Pesantren Darunnajah 2 Bogor. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 67 sampel atau responden. Berdasarkan penelitian diperoleh hasil bahwa iklim organisasi pesantren berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja ustadz (guru) pesantren, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja ustadz (guru) pesantren serta kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja ustadz (guru) pesantren. Disarankan Pesantren mampu menciptakan iklim organisasi kondusif yang bisa menumbuhkan rasa kepedulian dan loyalitas yang tinggi terhadap tujuan lembaga didirikan, menigkatkan komitmen ustadz (guru) yang kuat untuk selalu bertahan di lembaga serta mendorong ustadz (guru) untuk memberikan yang terbaik dalam bertugas serta pesantren selektif dalam memberikan tugas dan tanggungjawab dengan menyesuaikan minat, pengalaman dan latar belakang pendidikan .
