Abstract
Mall Gandaria City is one of the major malls in South Jakarta area which is also favored by many difabeled. This Mall is also connected with hotel and apartment occupancy so that many residents of the hotel and apartment greetings to Mall Gandaria City is that some members may have different family members. As soon as accessibility and facilities become important so as not to be disabled, there is no difficulty in doing their activities independently in accordance with its capability. The purpose of this research is to know whether accessibility and facilities in Gandaria City goods center is in accordance with the standards of Minister of Public Works Regulation number no.30. Research Which uses a descriptive way of using inductive approach analysis is to do the analysis with the condition first (observation). Then the data is analyzed by expose method that is checking the data of accessibility standard with existing condition in Gandaria City mall. Based on the assessment of 77.74% accessibility facilities and facilities in Gandaria City Mall is in accordance with the standards of Minister of Public Works Regulation number 30 / PRT / 2006. Can be used accessibility and facilities Gandaria City Mall standardized Minister of Public Works Regulation number 30 / PRT / 2006. Mall Gandaria City merupakan salah satu mall besar di daerah Jakarta Selatan yang juga banyak dikunjungi penyandang difabel. Mall ini juga terhubung dengan hunian hotel dan apartment sehingga banyak penghuni hotel dan apartement berkunjung ke Mall Gandaria City tersebut yang mungkin beberapa diantaranya memiliki anggota keluarga difabel ataupun orang lanjut usia. Sehingga aksesibilitas dan fasilitas merupakan hal penting agar penyandang difabel tidak mengalami kesulitan dalam melakukan kegiatannya secara mandiri sesuai batas kemampuannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah aksesibilitas dan fasilitas di pusat perbelanjaan Gandaria City sudah sesuai dengan standar Peraturan Pemerintah Pekerjaan Umum no.30 tahun 2006. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif deskriptif menggunakan analisis dengan pendekatan induktif yaitu melakukanan alias dengan pengamatan terlebih dahulu (observasi). Kemudian data dianalisa dengan metoda expose yaitu pemeriksaan terhadap data standar aksesibilitas (Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum nomor 30/PRT/2006) dengan keadaan eksisting yang ada di mall Gandaria City. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian 77,74% sarana aksesibilitas dan fasilitas di Mall Gandaria City sudah sesuai dengan standar Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum nomor 30/PRT/2006. Sehingga dapat dikatakan aksesibilitas dan fasilitas Mall Gandaria City berstandar Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum nomor 30/PRT/2006.
