Abstract
This research purpose goal was to test and analyzed the Education, Training effect and the motivation of performance to The Pemda Kecamatan Makasar employee and the 5 Kelurahan. The research datas were Primery and Secondary. That was taken by asking some correspondence quiz. The population taking the samples method in this research were 82 employee. The analysis method was multiple Regretion linier. The result of the research showed the partial and simultaneous Education (X1), Training (X2), and Motivation (X3), The Performance influence of the Employee (Y). Based on the multiple regretion test we saw the result that the independent variabeles Education, Training and Motivation gave some contribution on the dependent variables (Employee Performance) 67,7 % and The 30,3 % was influenced by other factors which were not observed.
